Answers
1. Where are your rooms located?
We have rooms located in Shimbashi and Akasaka (Minato-ku), Komazawa Daigaku,
Sangenjaya, Shimotakaido and Yoga (all of them in Setagaya-ku).
2. Are your rooms all furnished?
Yes. We provided you with a bed, desk and chair for guest house rooms,
the forementioned and a tv set for semi-apartments and apartments.
3. What utilities are included?
For our guest houses everything is included: water, electricity, internet
and gas. You only pay for the rent of your room.
4. May i take just a look of the room?
Yes. Call us at 3707-1212 or contact us via our Contact Form and arrange an appointment with our managers for seeing the room or house
in which you are interested.
5. Do i need a guarantor? what are the minimum requirements to rent a room?
You don't need any guarantor. The only thing you need is to be over 20
years old and provide us a copy of any identification with photo you have
as well as a copy of your passport and Visa.
6. Which are the available rental terms?
Monthly and Weekly. Paying for a month will be always cheaper than paying
on a weekly basis.
7. Which are the basic rules for your guests?
No smoking and not making noise after 10pm. The rest of the rules are very
basic like in any other guest houses and rentals. All of them are just
to assure the peace, mutual respect and good atmosphere among our guests.
8. What documents do i need to rent a room?
Only a copy of your passport and your visa and a miscelaneous identification
with photo.
9. May i share my guest house room with somebody else?
Yes. But you have to pay a difference of plus 10, 000 yen monthly for any
room.
10. What is the difference between guesthouse, apartment and semi-apartment?
In a guest house you share kitchen, toilet, laundry and shower but you
have your own private room. In a semi-apartment you have your won room
with your own kitchen but you share toilet and shower. In an apartment
you have your won room with your own toilet, shower and kitchen, you don't
share anything. Also, for guest houses utilities are included in your rent,
unlike semi-apartments and apartments where you have to pay all the utilities
as much as you consume water, gas and electricity.
